The Schönramer Filz is a raised bog in Upper Bavaria, Germany. It has been harvested for peat from the 1920s until the end of the last century. A program for the renaturation already started during the 1970s. Nowadays parts of the Schönramer Filz are a nature reserve. Here are some pictures I've taken in October, 2021.
